WHY WE BUILT IT
Motion.io is the software we wanted but couldn't find.
Throughout our founding team’s experiences running client-focused agencies and SaaS companies, we each shared a significant challenge: collecting the onboarding information our team needed from clients when they needed it.
The project management tools we tried implementing to solve this problem were ineffective; even if they worked for internal team collaboration, they were too overwhelming and complicated for clients to use.
With Motion.io, we’ve managed to solve both problems by enabling businesses to automate the collection of files, forms, signatures, and feedback in easy-to-use, white-labeled client portals.

Perry Rosenbloom
CEO & Co-founder
Perry Rosenbloom founded Brighter Vision, a SaaS website design and marketing platform for mental health services. Brighter Vision was entirely bootstrapped until being acquired by EverCommerce in August 2020.
Zack Garbow
CTO & Co-founder
Zarchary Garbow co-founded Funeral Innovations and bootstrapped it until acquisition by Tribute Technology Holdings in March 2021.
Sam Chlebowski
VP of Marketing & Co-founder
Sam Chlebowski joined Brighter Vision as employee #3 shortly after its founding and played a critical role building and scaling the company’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Matt Corson
Account Executive
As the first hire on Brighter Vision’s sales team, Matt Corson was crucial to the company’s growth from 1000 to 5000 customers, helping to pave the way for its sale to EverCommerce in August 2020.
Josh Gill
Senior Engineer
Josh Gill previously co-founded a real estate marketing startup and was an early engineer at several other SaaS startups. Prior to joining Motion.io, Josh was the Director of Engineering for 8 companies within the EverCommerce ecosystem.
Kate Younkin
Implementation Sr. Coordinator
Kate Younkin has over 7+ years of experience working with SMBs across industries. Motion.io is her third SaaS opportunity establishing results-driven implementation, onboarding, and training.
Evan Gallagher
Account Executive
Before joining Motion.io, Evan worked at another SaaS startup in the client onboarding, engagement, and project management space prior to it being sold to Bow River Capital in 2023.
