Design proofing tasks let clients review, annotate, and approve files directly within Motion.io, making collaboration faster and reducing back-and-forth. After creating a task, click the "Proof" option to attach the files you want to send a client to review and approve.
Internal project management happens through the Projects Dashboard, which allows you to view all projects in your account, and the "Tasks" page for individual projects, which lets you organize tasks visually with the Kanban-style Board View.
When you toggle on "Reminders" for a task, Motion.io will automatically remind all clients (or team members) assigned to the task to complete it. Reminder emails are sent automatically on a predefined schedule based on the task's due date.
